After 31 years away from school, Sandra Farraway has earned her Ontario Secondary School Diploma through the program. Balancing full-time work, family, and evening classes, Sandra’s determination and hard work inspired both teachers and peers.  

Centrally Assigned Vice-Principal of Continuing Education, Peter Gazzellone, celebrated Sandra’s and all recent graduates’ achievements, noting: “I’m incredibly proud of our adult graduates. Each student carries a story of persistence, resilience, determination, and hope. It is a reminder that education has no age limit. We’re proud that Continuing Education can serve so many students from different backgrounds and experiences to fulfill their lifelong goals. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement!” 

Following graduation, Sandra now plans to pursue college studies and hopes her journey will encourage others to return to learning. Her story is an inspiring example of what can be achieved through commitment, perseverance, and opportunity, and demonstrates the power of lifelong learning – both inside and outside the classroom.  

污污漫画’s Night School program provides flexible, fully remote learning opportunities for adults and secondary students. This year’s asynchronous model makes it even easier for learners to complete credits on their own schedule.  

Through this program, along with Summer School, the 污污漫画 is proud to serves up to 2500 students, including those earning credits through the Mature Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (MPLAR) process.
