On June 18, 2025, the Board of Trustees decided that:

- That Fisherville Senior Public School be converted from a Grade 7 and 8 school to a Grade 6 to 8 school, effective September 1, 2026;
- That Fisherville Senior Public School be renamed Fisherville Middle School, effective September 1, 2026;
- That Rockford Public School be converted from a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 school to a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 5 school with Regular Track Grade 6 students moving into Fisherville Middle School as of September 1, 2026;
- That Pleasant Public School be converted from a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 school to a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 5 school with Regular Track students moving into Fisherville Middle School or RJ Lang Elementary and Middle School based on home address, and with Middle French Immersion Program Grade 6 students moving into Willowdale Middle School as of September 1, 2026.
