Applications to the Middle French Immersion programmay be submitted, on behalf ofstudents in the English program, the year the child is in Grade 3 for entry in September of Grade 4. It is entirely an online process. All communications will be sent via the email address provided in the online process. Please check your email regularly, including junk mail and spam folders.
The entry point to Middle French Immersion is Grade 4. Currently, eligible applicants were born in 2017.

Note: Applications received after the deadline will be marked late. There is no guarantee of admission for late applicants.
Please note:
An application must be submitted for each child, including twins/triplets/multiples. There will beanopportunity on the applicationto indicate if there is a sibling applyingto the same school in the same program.
Offers of placement will be ongoing throughout the weeks and months following the close of the application period. Please check your email regularly, including junk mail and spamfolders, and follow all instructions. You must take action to reserve a seatby the deadline.
While every effort will be made to seatstudents in the school identified as their area French Immersion school, this is not always possible. In cases where the number of applications in a given area is greater than the number of allotted program spaces in the school,students may be redirected to schools with available program space.
Placements are made based on the child's primary home address of record prior to the application deadline. If theaddress changes between the application deadline and the fall of the entryyear, there isno guarantee of admissionin thenew area.
Late applicants will be held on a local school waitlist and consideredsubject to available space until the end of September of the entry year.
